Try your VoyeurX order in the comfort of your home. With Adjustable Fit, you can tailor the fit to your body. Not quite what you were looking for? You can return any product from our webshop within 14 days of delivery through our online return portal, as long as it meets the return conditions.

You can easily adjust the straps with Adjustable Fit. You can try on the design at home, move around in it, and check in the mirror how it sits on your body. This lets you feel and see whether it fits you well.

When can I return an item?
You may try on all products from our webshop at home to assess the size, fit, and look. You can return an item if:
- the item has only been tried on at home and has not been worn;
- the original price tag is still attached to the item;
- the item is clean, complete and undamaged;
- the item has not been washed or altered;
- you notify the return within 14 days of receipt.
By "unworn," we mean that you have only tried the item on once at home. You may adjust the fit, move around in it, and check how it looks in the mirror. However, if you have worn or used it—for instance, during a night out, at a party, or in the bedroom—you can no longer return it.
How to return your order in 4 simple steps
1. pack your order carefully
Please return the items in their original packaging if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
2. Register your return online
Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you want to return and follow the steps in the portal.
3. Stick the return label onto the package
After registering, you will receive the return label for the chosen shipping method. Stick the label clearly visible on the package and remove or cover any old shipping labels.
4. Drop off your parcel
Take your parcel to a drop-off point of the carrier you chose during registration. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed by VoyeurX.

How long do I have to return my order?
You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via our online returns portal.
How much does it cost to return an item?
The return costs depend on the country and the carrier you choose. In the returns portal, you will see which shipping options are available and what the corresponding return costs are when registering your return. This way, you know the cost of returning in advance.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you used to pay for the original order.
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of your return.
Can I choose which courier I use to send my return myself?
When registering your return, you will see in the returns portal which shipping options are available for your order. You select the desired shipping method there and immediately see the corresponding return costs.
How do I know that my return has been received by VoyeurX?
Keep the proof of shipment after dropping off your package. You can track your return via the return portal. We will inspect the item once it arrives. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
