Costs & choices
Standard return Return costs are at your own expense. When registering, you pay these easily online and immediately receive your shipping label by e-mail. This way you can return your package easily and quickly.
Shopping credit = free returns If you choose shopping credit instead of a refund, returns are free. That way, you spend the full amount on a new VoyeurX creation that really suits you.
The choice is yours You decide whether to opt for shop credit, exchange or refund. We process everything with care. Refunds are made via your original payment method and are usually processed carefully within five working days of receipt.
Conditions
Report your return within 14 days upon receipt.
Returns are accepted when the item unworn, undamaged and with original VoyeurX label is returned.
Unfortunately, out of respect for hygiene, worn items or pieces without a label cannot be accepted.
